Law of Giving

This law can also be called as the "Law of Giving and Receiving", because the universe operates through the dynamic exchange. Nothing is static. Body, mind, energy all are dynamic in nature.
Because your body and your mind and the universe are in constant and dynamic exchange, stopping the circulation of energy is like stopping the flow of blood. Whenever the blood stops flowing, it begins to clot, to coagulate, to stagnate. That is why you must give and receive in order to keep wealth and affluence.

Do not hold onto things like money etc. Keep it in constant flow, since it is life energy, we will stop its circulation back into our lives as well. Like a river, money must keep flowing, otherwise it begins to stagnate, to clog, to suffocate and strangle its very own life force.Circulation keeps it alive and vital.

Every relationship is one of give and take.
Giving engenders receiving and receiving engenders giving. In reality receiving is the same thing as giving.

The more you give, the more you will receive. Anything that is of value in life only multiplies when it is given. If through the act of giving, you feel you have lost something, then the gift is not truly given and will not cause increase. If you give grudgingly, there is no energy behind that giving.
It is the intention behind your giving and receiving that is the most important thing. The intention should always be to create happiness for the giver and the receiver, because happiness is life-supporting and life-sustaining and therefore generates increase. The return is directly proportional to the giving when it is unconditional and from the heart. Act of giving has to be joyful.
Even the thought of giving, the thought of blessing, or a simple prayer has the power to affect others.

Law of Detachment

This is an extract from famous Deepak Chopra's book "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success" Law of Detachment:-
In order to acquire anything in the physical universe, one has to relinquish attachment to it. Basically we need to work towards the goals but give up the attachment to the result.
Anything you want can be acquired through detachment, because detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true self.

Attachment is based on fear and insecurity -- and the need for security is based on NOT KNOWING the TRUE SELF.

The source of wealth and abundance in this world is -- SELF. We as humans have immense power and source of infinite energy only if we know our true SELF.
Detachment gives you freedom to create. Without detachment, we are prisoners of helplessness, hopelessness, mundane needs, trivial concerns, quiet desperation and seriousness.

We as people are constantly seeking security, by attachment to money which is a sign of insecurity. Security is elusive and ephemeral. The search for security is an illusion.

We should have wisdom of insecurity and wisdom of uncertainty.
Uncertainty is a fertile land of pure creativity and freedom. Without uncertainty life is just a repetition of outworn memories. You become victim of past. Relinquish your attachment to the known, step into the unknown, and you will step into the field of all possibilities. This will step you into wisdom of uncertainty. When you experience uncertainty, you are on the right path.
Attachment to a result locks your creativity down.

The Law of Detachment does not interfere with the Law of Intention and Desire - with goal setting. You still have the intention of going in certain direction, you still have a goal. However, between point A and point B, there are infinite possibilities. With uncertainty factored on, you might change direction in any moment if you find a higher ideal, or if you find something more exciting.

The Law of Detachment accelerates the whole process of evolution. Understanding this, you don't force solutions. When you force solutions on problems, you end up creating new problems.
Every single problem that you have in your life is the seed of an opportunity for some greater benefit.
See every problem in your life as an opportunity for some greater benefit.

How to apply it --

1. Allow yourself and those around you the freedom to be as they are. Do not rigidly impose your ideas of how things should be. Lets not force solutions on problems, thereby creating new problems.

2. Accept uncertainty in life and solutions will emerge out of problems, out of confusion and disorder and chaos. The more uncertain things are, the more secure you should try to feel because uncertainty is the path to freedom. Through the wisdom of uncertainty, we will find security.

3. Try to remain open to infinite choices and possibilities in life. Do not lock yourself to a person or idea or material thing in life. Experience the fun, adventure and magic and mysteries of life.
